Wing Chun Distance Fighting and Kicking

Distance fighting puts you in kicking range. A timed response is required quickly going from stationary to moving and starting when the opponent starts. Again the power comes from the body moving in while maintaining structure. The timing is necessary for power and you have to reach your target before your opponent reaches his target in order to survive. In order to catch the timing you need to train for timing in addition to regular Wing Chun training.
